TWO WAY C3 offers Strategic Planning Services to organizations of all kinds. We offer a unique approach to Strategic Planning that focuses on creating a plan that is action oriented and is coupled with tools for ongoing measurement, in order to establish a Strategic and Measured culture in your organization that can be utilized year over year.

This approach has been utilized and refined by Clint Skutchan, and has been recognized as a national best practice. It’s been adopted by Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS®, Coastal Association of REALTORS®, Heartland MLS, Missoula Organization of REALTORS®, South Metro Denver REALTORS®, Akron Cleveland Association of REALTORS®, Cedar Rapids Area Association of REALTORS®, Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS®, Iowa REALTORS®, and the Colorado REALTOR® Foundation.

At the conclusion of this process not only will you have an in-depth & interactive internal Strategic Action Plan (SAP) with reports and tracking mechanisms, but your organization will also be given promotional materials to share with key members of your organization so they can better understand, share, & support the value offered by your strategic vision.

The following is the basic outline for the complete Strategic Action Planning (SAP) process. This process is designed by its nature to create a reproducible process for the purpose of ongoing annual/semi-annual Strategic Planning along with tracking reports and promotional materials to ensure that this plan doesn’t just sit on the shelf and collect dust.

Pricing Philosophy

TWO WAY C3’s pricing structure is negotiable based on the size of your organization and scope of your planning process needs. As a former CEO, I believe that organizational/industry betterment is of the upmost importance. Therefore, TWO WAY C3 begins each pricing dialog by asking for your budgetary constraints, then do our very best to align our scope to meets your needs while maintaining our high quality planning process.

What’s included

All planning includes initial baseline & survey collection, facilitation, Strategic Action Planning materials, promotional items, & basic tracking/implementation reports. Additional comprehensive services/reports may require extra fees depending on your pricing.



As our process indicates we typically need 5-6 weeks lead time to complete our process so it is advisable to contact us to schedule as soon as possible. This is especially true if your planning timeframe is in the 1st or 3rd quarter of the year. However, we have been able to accommodate compressed timeframes when appropriate so feel free to reach out any time.
